2024-2026 DGCE Contract Negotiations

The 2021-2023 DGCE Contract expires on December 31, 2023. The union will be engaged in negotiations for a 2024-2026 successor contract in the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

| DGCE BARGAINING PLATFORM |

The DGCE Bargaining Platform was developed from engagement with members across the nine state universities through member focus groups, a member survey, and chapter boards/committee input. It represents the key values of equal compensation for equal work, ensuring the educational integrity of all programs across our campuses, and of making sure that the long-term dedication of faculty to students, programs, and the university is recognized.
