Dear MSCA Librarians and Day Faculty,

On Friday, April 1st Governor Baker signed the supplemental bill that includes the funding for the MSCA day contract. So the contract funding is approved.

The final steps for members to receive their increases, bonus and retroactive moneys owed is for the Executive Office of Administration and Finance to transfer the funds to the Department of Higher Education and then for the DHE to transfer the funds to the state universities.

Once we learn the date that increases will take effect and the date retro and bonuses will be paid, we will let you know.
