The NEA’s 2022 Higher Ed conference is scheduled to be held March 18-20, 2022. A site has yet to be determined.

This year’s conference theme is Uniting for a Better Future for our Students, Our Educators, and Our Communities: NEA Higher Ed—Leading Across Campuses for a Better Tomorrow.  Highlights include sessions on academic freedom; organizing in a virtual environment; advocating for racial and social justice in education, with a special focus on minority serving institutions; state legislative advocacy; bargaining for the common good; professional development; self-care; and issues specific to contingent faculty, education support professionals, and graduate assistants.
