The National Education Association has not yet determined the location of the 2022 Representative Assembly, however, the RA will be held July 2 – 6.

MSCA members in good standing on January 15, 2022 who pay their NEA dues through an MSCA chapter may seek election as MSCA delegates to the NEA-RA.

Only members who pay their NEA dues through an MSCA chapter are eligible to vote in the election of MSCA delegates to the NEA-RA. Members who pay NEA dues through another MTA local (e.g., MCCC, APA or a K-12 local) may seek election as a local delegate only through that local and will not be eligible to vote in the election of MSCA delegates.

Individuals who join NEA after January 15, 2022 are not eligible to seek election as a delegate to the 2022 NEA-RA.

NEA has determined that the MSCA is entitled to 76 delegates to the 2022 NEA-RA.  An election will be held if more than 17 MSCA union members are nominated by the deadline.
