On July 24, 2020 Governor Baker released the Commonwealth’s COVID-19 Higher Education Control Plan template for colleges and universities to use for their individual reopening plans.

Also last week, the Employee Relations Committee (a committee created in both collective bargaining agreements of three MSCA members and three representatives from the university presidents) agreed to final language on agreements that had been discussed in June and July. Please review the current agreements and understandings for the Fall 2020 semester. We will let you know if there are changes, but for now this is the extent of agreements.
