Goal:         Pressure legislators to stop actions of GIC

This Emergency Meeting with legislators will create urgency and leverage legislative action before the GIC’s next meetings 2/1.

Short-term Demands:
1) Reverse the decision on carrier reduction
2) Freeze plan design changes
3) Change composition of GIC to a majority of worker-consumer seats
