Dear DGCE Faculty,

Ratification of the tentative agreement on a three-year contract reached on October 15, 2021 begins today at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Ratification is being conducted electronically using Election Runner. An email will be sent to your campus email address.

Ratification is open to union members in the DGCE unit.

If you are a dues-paying union member and do not receive the email by the end of the day today, contact the MSCA President (please check your SPAM folder first).

The tentative agreement references a memorandum of agreement on Paid Family and Medical Leave deductions.

On November 5, 2021 the MSCA Board of Directors voted unanimously to recommend that members ratify the tentative agreement.
