Dear Librarians and Full-Time Faculty,

The Voluntary Retirement/Separation Program that was negotiated last week has been finalized. You can read the full agreement on the MSCA website. You can also view the release (Exhibit A) mentioned in the agreement.

Each university president has 14 days (until February 22, 2021) to inform the MSCA and eligible members if the university intends to offer the program. February 22, 2021 is also the deadline for the president to notify the chapter president if the university intends to limit the number of incentives available to MSCA members.
