Greeting from your MSCA Day Bargaining team,

It’s hard to believe, but we will be back at the table this January!  The day bargaining team has developed a comprehensive plan to gather information from members and we are pleased to share with you your first opportunity to provide feedback for our next round of day contract negotiations.  Below you will find the link to our first, preliminary survey, which includes open-ended questions about the various aspects of our work as faculty and librarians.  The survey will be available from Monday, September 2 through Friday, September 13.

There will be additional opportunities for you to participate in our information gathering, including focus groups and a more detailed survey, to follow.  Please watch for details from your local chapter throughout the fall semester.  We hope you will take the time to offer your thoughts and concerns so that we may create a proposal that represents all of our members.  Thank you in advance for your time and efforts.  Enjoy the start of the fall semester!
