1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order by Paul McGee, the President, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapter Office Conference Room, Harrington Building, South Campus.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 04-05:1, with one addition. Marty Krugman attended the meeting but was not listed as having attended. The motion carried.

2. Protests and Demonstrations
Day of Outrage, 9/27/04, Activities
A protest of informational picketing will be held on 9/27/04 at the corner of Lafayette Street and Loring Avenue from 10:20-11:00 a.m. Following the protest, participants will walk to the college president's office to meet with President Harrington. Faculty participants may wear academic robes if desired. Paul McGee, Chapter President, will bring signs, brochures, and leaflets with him to the protest for distribution. Signed letters to Romney will be sent to the governor by the Chapter/State MSCA offices.

150th Anniversary Gala
MTA Legal will inform us as to the legality of picketing on private property. A protest is planned for 5:30 p.m. on 10/16/04 on the access road leading to the Danvers Ferncroft prior to the SSC Gala. A variety of non-picketing alternatives were discussed for the event.

Crisis Committee
A Crisis Committee was formed. Members include: Amy Everitt, Massoud Farahbakhsh, Nancy George, Chuck Gould, Shelly Sweeney, Maggie Vaughn

Convocation
There will be informational picketing before the start of Convocation on 10/4/04.

It was moved and seconded to go into executive session. The motion passed.
