ATTENDANCE: Aiyeku, Billings, Buchanan, Cullen, Gould, Hanrahan, Krugman, Larson, Luddy, Mahaney, Marsella, McGee (President), Raudzens, Sturgeon.

The meeting was called to order by Paul McGee, the President, at 2:33 p.m. in the Salem Room.

Approval of Minutes:
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 00-01:6. The motion carried.

President’s Report:
President Harrington informed President McGee that the Membership of the search committee for Vice-President of Academic Affairs will consist of 6 people appointed by her and 5 faculty. The search Committee for Dean of the Graduate School will consist of 4 people appointed y her and 5 faculty. The Executive Board recommended that the names of the faculty members on the search committee for the Dean of the Graduate School be released. The Executive Board recommended that President McGee request of the President the documentation which demonstrates the composition of the past search committee for Vice-President of Academic Affairs.

Bargaining Update:
A bargaining meeting will be held on Friday. Some activity has occurred behind the scenes since the last meeting.

Delegate Assembly:
The Delegate Assembly will be the last weekend in April. Please keep that date open. There may be a renewed effort to take election power away from the membership and place it in the hands of the Delegate Assembly.

Student Evaluations:
It is unclear whether evaluations will count this semester. It is the understanding of the faculty that student evaluations will be conducted this semester as a dry run only.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:22 pm.
