ATTENDANCE: Aiyeku, Buchanan, Cullen, Everitt, Gould, Larson, Levy, Luddy, McGee (President), Sturgeon.

The meeting was called to order by Paul McGee, the President, at 2:47 p.m. in the Presidential Dining Room.

President’s Report.
Vice-President Hamilton has announced his retirement.

The 3% pay raise + 1% Bonus has gone to the Ways and Means Committee. No problems are anticipated, but no date for cutting checks can be established.

President McGee made a report on the status of Bargaining, which has again failed to arrive at settlement. Much discussion followed.

The Board is reminded of the BHE meeting on campus on Tuesday, December 5 at 9:30. Demonstration will begin with breakfast at 8:00 in the Underground.

The meeting adjourned at 3:40.
