II. President’s Report.
The last MSCA Board meeting was uneventful. Bargaining is stuck at unacceptable issues of tenure. A general meeting will be held on November 13 to discuss bargaining issues with the membership.

The BHE meeting at Salem on Tuesday, December 5 needs a turnout from faculty and students between 8:15 and 9:30. An appeal to the SGA is needed.

Announcement: Charlotte Ettinger is very ill.

Facilities: The cleanliness of office space has deteriorated.

The Holiday Party [known as Massoud’s Birthday Party in certain quarters] will be held on Wednesday, December 6 in the MLK Room.

The meeting adjourned at 4:39.

Respectfully submitted,

Thomas E. Luddy, secretary
