1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order at 12:45 pm. in Forten Hall, Library, North Campus.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the October 18, 2006 meeting. The motion passed.

3. President's Report
Holiday Party
The Holiday Party will be held at Captains Restaurant at Pickering Wharf, Salem, on December 7, 2006, 4:00-7:00 pm. President Everitt requested that members RSVP the chapter office if they plan to attend.

President's Search
The faculty will be consulted the week after Thanksgiving regarding the President's Search.

MSCA Faculty Opinion Survey
It was moved and seconded to approve the MSCA Faculty Opinion Survey, with revisions made. The motion passed.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 pm.
