On November 9, 2018 the state university presidents asked the union to renegotiate the day contract, a contract that to the best of our knowledge, has never been submitted to the governor for approval.

This morning I responded to the issues in the letter that I could.  Other matters require the MSCA Board of Directors to weigh in.
