Subject: State House Lobby Day for Part-Time Faculty Legislation

Recently you received a mailing from my office about May 12th, the State House Lobby Day for Part-time Faculty Legislation. The bills proposed would provide group health insurance and retirement benefits for part-time faculty at all public colleges.

Room 348 in the State House has been reserved as the meeting place/staging area for that day. If you would like to participate in the day's activities, plan to arrive in Room 348 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm to pick up materials and instructions. Food will be available.

No formal hearings have been scheduled for this day. If you cannot participate in person, please send a message to your local representative and senator and urge them to support this important legislation. Thank you for your support.
