The MSCA has negotiated a Retirement Incentive Program with the State University Presidents.  The program is now effective, Higher Education Commissioner Richard Freeland signed the Memorandum of Agreement on June 16, 2015.

As with the memorandum the MSCA negotiated in 2013, this incentive authorizes incentives payments at all nine state universities, but each president may limit (down to zero) the number of incentives available to MSCA members.
