Dear MSCA Faculty and Librarians:

Dear MSCA Faculty and Librarians: I am pleased to announce that the MSCA Board of Directors has voted to join the Public Higher Education Network of Massachuetts (PHENOM), an organization seeking to include all of the stakeholders in public higher education in a statewide effort to increase access, affordability and excellence in the state's higher education system.

PHENOM will hold its organizing convention and a day of lobbying at the State House on February 22th, beginning at 10:30 am in Gardner Auditorium. Legislative leaders will be invited to attend, and, after a brief training session, participants will meet with local reps and senators from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. All MSCA members are invited to participate.
