Dear Colleagues:

Today is Primary Election Day in Massachusetts. Whether you are a Democrat, Republican or Independent, please take the time today to vote in the primary elections being held in your city or town. And please encourage your colleagues and students to vote as well.

The governor's race, in particular, is critically important to the future of our institutions, our students and our membership. There are important choices to be made among the candidates for governor and lt. governor in both parties.

Regardless of the results this evening, we must be involved in the general election as well. Thank you for your participation today.
