Dear Colleagues:

On Friday, the Massachusetts Senate amended the early retirement bill to include trust-funded and federal-grant funded employees. The House rejected this amendment, and it was expected that the Senate would accept the House's version of the bill.

Members are urged to check the MTA webpage for the status of the bill and its actual content. As soon as we receive confirmation that the bill has been adopted and signed by the Acting Governor, we will post it on this site.
