Happy New Year to everyone!

I am pleased to report that the governor signed the supplemental budget bill on December 28, 2000. This bill included the monies to pay the 3% pay increase, retroactive to last January 1, 2000, that was bargained last summer. I have requested information from management about the timetable for the payments to be made to the membership.
