ATTENDANCE:

1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm. in the Heritage Room, Ellison Center, North Campus.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the April 20, 2005 meeting. The motion passed.

3. President's Report
Committee Appointments:
It was moved and seconded to go into executive session. The motion passed.

It was moved and seconded to go out of executive session. The motion passed.

It was moved and seconded to report out of executive committee to the membership the committee appointments. The motion passed.

4. Grievance Report
Chair Vaughan presented her report. This has been a quiet year for grievances. However, there is a potential problem with contract courses. President McGee gave a brief overview of contract courses for the Executive Committee.

Chair Vaughan stated a consolidated, state-wide grievance might be pursued regarding the contract's 15% rule. At Salem State College, Nursing, Business, English, and History are all over the limit.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:40 pm.
