1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order by Paul McGee, the President, at 1:00 p.m. in the Martin Luther King Room, Ellison Center.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of 03-04:6, with one addition. Massoud Farahbakhsh attended the meeting but was not listed as having attended. The motion carried.

2. President's Report
Day Bargaining
BHE/COP contract proposal language is being generated by the COP. It is believed the proposal is being used to distract energies and time from "bread and butter" issues.

150th Anniversary Gala
There was a great deal of enthusiasm at the Chapter Meeting regarding protesting the 150th Anniversary Gala (note: the protest consists of faculty/librarians not attending the gala and physically being present on the road leading to the Ferncroft before the event begins). We need to concentrate our efforts on this event to ensure faculty/librarian support. Administrators will be contacted immediately regarding this planned protest.

Selection of Committees
It was moved and seconded to go into executive session. The motion passed.
