1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order at 12:45 pm in Heritage Room, Ellison Center, North Campus.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the March 23, 2006 meeting. The motion passed.

4. President's Report - Paul McGee
Committee Appointments
It was moved and seconded to go into executive session. The motion passed.

It was moved and seconded to come out of executive session. The motion passed.

It was moved and seconded to report out of executive committee to the membership the committee appointments. The motion passed.
