1. Meeting Called to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm in Room 104, Harrington Building, South Campus.

2. Approval of the Minutes
It was moved and seconded to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2006 meeting. The motion passed.

4. President's Report - Paul McGee
Report- Steve Matchak
Board member Steve Matchak presented his report/memorandum dated February 7, 2006. This memorandum proposed that the Salem Chapter of the MSCA undertake the drafting of a vision statement defining what Salem State College could be like in the year 2010. Discussion followed. The MSCA Executive Board will further discuss this in Fall 2006.

Treasurer's Report - Michelle Sweeney
Treasurer Sweeney presented her report.
It was moved and seconded to accept the treasurer's report. The motion passed.

Grievance Report - Maggie Vaughan
Grievance Officer Vaughan presented her report.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 pm.
